3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once you receive your RMA number, package the item securely and include a copy of your proof of purchase.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges can be made for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund.
